i can feel it... oh yes... that dark feeling that brings me gloom and despair... the feeling... of
school reopening. blehhhharrrhhh!! im almost startin to miss holidays already. i cant believe i've wasted 2 wks of it. it's like it never even started. everyday i get up around lunch time, mooch around the house till after lunch, then get started on work... except, i cant really rmb what i do everyday. it's as though the amt of work done does not equate to the amt of time i have. it's as though my time is falling short, somehow.
ohh i know. it must be the
time robber. gosh. i never though he existed. hmm... maybe i shld start makin a daily work plan for the last wk of holiday. yes. dats what i'll do. ok, let's start with tmr's plan:
=>Sleep at 11pm(tonight)
=>Wake up at 9am(latest)
=>Breakfast and slackin till 9.30am
=>Finish bsp source based test 2 (qn3) by 11am.
=>Watch Teen Titans and Totally Spies till 12am (^0^ cartoons with action heroes and magic are like incredibly fab in my world), have lunch meanwhile.
=>Finish bsp source based test 2 (qn4) by 1pm.
=>Attend talk at Suntec from 2pm-5pm(it's a talk related to pop culture and youths).
=>Shower, Dinner, slack time, till 7pm.
=>Cont with bsp sbq if not finished
=>8pm, work on Chem SIA report
=>After that, slack, blog, surf, and enjoy!(:
=>Lights out, 11pn
There! Looks good =) hopefully i'll stick to it. anyway, i have exciting news to announce!! okok, thing is, dad gave me another Talk last night, abt my interest and future career. i thought i told him im only interested in humanities and want to have nth to do with sci or maths. but apparently thats not enough for him, he wants me to have a specific area of interest, not just casual interest in those "fringe activities", as he calls it. like singing, dancing, writing etc etc.
so i went online to search for universities in sydney (im determined to go sydney becoz i promisede my friend in China that i'll see her there 2 yrs from now, when we both graduate from JC), and i found the website of UNSW.
it's wayy cool ok. after a long search based on area of interest and area of specialisation, i finally narrowed down my choices of courses fo these few: Media Arts (Digi Media, Photomedia, Timed-based art) and Media Communications (which include Media, Film, Theatre/ Music and Music Education).
And im SO excited!! omg. u wont believe this. UNSW allows students takin the Media and Communications course to learn and do productions in REAL ACTUAL STUDIOS. as in, real studios, like in radio stations, movie productions etc etc. thats SUCH a BIG attraction for me. i mean, whoa, seriously, i've dreamt of touching that fancy board with gazillion of buttons that DJs always mess around with. it's just so cool. and i'll get to do that in UNSW!!
consider me there already, friends! i can just see myself there, makin productions for assignments and earning credits. im so psyched that im actually inspired to work hard this holiday, startin from finishing my hmwk, then revising thoroughly for my maths quizzes. i repeat, Q-U-I-Z-Z-E-S. with a "S", which means plural. which means im goin to have more than one maths quiz when term3 comes.
but thats ok, i'll work hard for it, and make sure i get an average 8 for all. thats a big leap for me, since i've been failing every single maths quiz since start of the yr :( alright then, ganbatte JENNY!!
