yr13 math is split into 2 seperate classes - calculus and statistics - and they are considered as 2 subjects.
i can do one this yr, and have to do the other next yr, coz uni entry require math result, so as much as i detest stats, i'll have to face it next yr.
ohwell.
but for now i shall have fun txting jason all our tough NY trigo qns coz he's doing calculus too.
muahahaha.
he was so pissed off when i txted him: prove the identity (cosec@+cot@)^2=(1+cos@)/(1-cos@>, where @ is an unknown angle.
coz i dont think he's learnt that yet.

umm..i think u guys in HCI are learning sequences and series more in-depth?
im learning those formulas like... Tn=a x r^(n-1)?
like, i cant even be bothered to practise those qns...no challenge and those with asterisk also so straightforward...
i want to attend mr khoo's maths lessons!!! ):
my yr12 math tchr is like...write short notes on the whiteboard in informal writing, give us the formulas, and tell us to do qns from XX page to XYpage.
then he sits down there and read magazine or do some simple marking.

mr khoo is always telling us he has to teach even when he's not feeling well, and i've never seen a single tchr in NY sit down and slack during lesson.
