ok after mths of anxious waiting, the results are finally out!
as of this moment of today, 23rd Jan 2009, I am an official first yr student of UNSW.
WOOHOO!
i have accepted the offer online and enrolled in my courses, all that's left to do is settle the accomodation.
whoo. i can fiinally breathe now.
it's been a really long wait, and many times i wondered if i will be doomed to stay in NZ for another 3-4 yrs.
don't get me wrong, NZ is great for living...if you are a non-Asian.
but as a true-hearted Asian, i cannot cope with living in a country that is so NOT updated in Asian news and entertainment varieties.
they have Asian food and nice ktv, that's for sure, but in terms of movies, CDs and magazines, it's kindda backward.
it's probably just too small, too quiet and too slow for my liking.
i like the pleasant environment and friendly ppl, so i'll just say it's a great place for retirement.
so anyway, i'll finish here by saying, SEEYA, NZ!
and HELLO AUSSIES!
or shall i say...G'DAY MATES!

we are leaving He Fei first thing tmr and heading to Zhong Yang, our last stop in China.
we finished all our last min shopping today and are feeling very satisfied XD
because Zhong Yang is a village town and very much deprived of the internet, this will be my last post before i return to NZ on 2nd Feb.
i wish everyone a happy Chinese New Year and a good start to a new academic yr (for those still in high sch).
God bless!
